Die ehemalige Polizeiwache Hagen wird zu einer städtischen Kindertagesstätte und den Verwaltungsräumen des Bereiches "Jugend und Soziales" umgebaut. Das Gebäude wird dazu kernsaniert und erhält ein neues Dach. Es entsteht ein neues Dachgeschoss mit Büros und eine Techniketage für die Rückkühler des benachbarten Museums.
