Description

Gegenstand der Baumaßnahme ist die Generalsanierung der bestehenden Dreifachsporthalle aus dem Baujahr 1985 einschließlich erforderlicher Abbrucharbeiten, Teilneubauten und der vollständigen Erneuerung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung. Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Herstellung eines zeitgemäßen, sicheren und barrierefreien Sporthallenbetriebs unter Einhaltung der geltenden öffentlich-rechtlichen Vorschriften, insbesondere in Bezug auf Brandschutz, Barrierefreiheit und energetische Anforderungen gemäß Gebäudeenergiegesetz (GEG).
