Die GVE Grundstückverwaltung Stadt Essen GmbH wurde mit der Durchführung von Planungs- und Umsetzungsschritten für den Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr in Werden/Heidhausen für die Stadt Essen beauftragt. Damit verbunden sind die Baufeldfreimachung und der Rückbau des Bestandes.
