Es erfolgte der Abschluss eines nicht-exklusiven Rabattvertrages gemäß § 130c Abs. 1 SGB V i.V.m. § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zwischen der AOK Sachsen-Anhalt - Die Gesundheitskasse und der Novartis Pharma GmbH. Die Laufzeit ist 01.05.2026 bis 30.04.2028. Mit dem Vertrag beabsichtigen die Vertragsparteien, die Versorgung mit Fertigarzneimitteln mit dem Wirkstoff Erenumab (ATC-Code: N02CD01) wirtschaftlich zu gestalten.
