Description

Gegenstand dieses Vertrags ist die Vereinbarung von Rabattzahlungen gemäß § 130a Abs. 8 bzw. 130c Absatz 1 SGB V auf das Arzneimittel TEIZEILD (Wirkstoff: Teplizumab), ATC A10XX01 das von Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH vertrieben und zu Lasten der DAK-G verordnet wird. Von dieser Vereinbarung erfasst wird das Arzneimittel TEIZEILD in allen verfügbaren Wirkstärken, Darreichungsformen und Packungsgrößen.
