Aftalen omfatter dels anskaffelse af nye anlæg samt kompatible dele/komponenter til installation, service, reparation og vedligeholdelse af eksisterende anlæg. Derudover omfatter aftalen serviceeftersyn, reparationer, vedligeholdelse samt rådgivning til Ordregiver i henhold til tilbudslisten.
