Grundet massiv vækst af antallet af medarbejdere i Kalundborg Forsyning, er der behov for at ombygge og udvide de nuværende faciliteter. Totalentreprenørens tilbud skal baseres på gennemført byggeprogram og dispositionsforslag. Kontrakten udbydes i en totalentreprise.
