Předmětem plnění nadlimitní veřejné zakázky na služby je realizace lokálního biocentra LBC1 na ploše cca 2,8 ha a lokálního biokoridoru LBK1 o délce 1450 m v k.ú. Budčeves a realizace navazujícího biokoridoru LBK1 o délce 750 m v k.ú. Nečas.
