Předmětem této veřejné zakázky jsou průběžné dodávky laboratorních diagnostik a dalšího navazujícího spotřebního materiálu pro imunogenetická vyšetření systémem, který je založen na principu real-time PCR, tedy detekci produktů polymerázové řetězové reakce v reálném čase. Systém bude využíván pro provádění HLA typizace na úrovni tzv. „Single assay bead resolution“, tedy bude schopen rozlišovat mezi alelami, které jsou součástí běžných komerčních panelů pro vyšetření přítomnosti specifických antiHLA protilátek. Nezbytný vyhodnocovací software bude dodavatelem zapůjčen bezplatně.
