Le présent marché a pour objet la désignation d’un Service Externe pour la Prévention et la Protection au Travail (SEPPT) agréé, conformément à l’article 40 de la loi du 4 août 1996 relative au bien-être des travailleurs lors de l’exécution de leur travail et aux dispositions du Livre II, Titre 3 du Code du bien-être au travail.
