De opdracht(en) gaat/gaan over het saneren van 45 woningen. Plaats van uitvoering: straat/wijk: wijk Nieuw Diependaal in Herentals. woningtype A rijwoning: Schuttersstraat 10-47-65-71-95 Musketstraat 8-10-18-36-32-50-64-43 woningtype A HOB: Schuttersstraat 77 Musketstraat 20-35 woningtype B rijwoning: Schuttersstraat 3-11-15-28-31-35-37-48-52-54-56 Musketstraat 7-15-85-90-96 Kruisboogstraat 16-66-78-90-98-100 Handboogstraat 10-16-20-22 woningtype B+ HOB: Schuttersstraat 21-39-58 De aanbestedende overheid behoudt zich het recht voor soortgelijke werken te herhalen bij onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande bekendmaking (art. 42, §1, 2° van de wet Overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016), dit voor een maximum van 11.400.000,00 euro, al dan niet te gunnen in verschillende fasen.
