De opdracht omvat de kleurgescheiden inzameling volgens de brengmethode van holglas afkomstig van huishoudelijk gebruik in de gemeenten opgenomen in bijlage C (“Opdracht”). Deze dienstverlening kadert binnen de terugnameplicht van Fost Plus van huishoudelijk verpakkingsafval conform het Samenwerkingsakkoord. Hiertoe heeft de opdrachtgever een overeenkomst afgesloten met Fost Plus, het erkend organisme voor huishoudelijk verpakkingsafval. Het is ook deze laatste die de prestaties zal vergoeden die de opdrachtnemer levert in het kader van deze Opdracht.
