Opis

Ce marché permet à la collectivité d'assurer l'ensemble des prestations de restauration collective dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur en terme de technicité de production, de sécurité alimentaire et de performance des locaux. Il porte sur les prestations de fourniture (incluant la livraison, le montage, la pose, le raccordement, la formation) et maintenance (pièces détachées, déplacement et main d'oeuvre compris) de matériel de restauration professionnelle (petit matériel professionnel de production de restauration, matériel de cuisson et de maintien au chaud, matériel de stockage froid et de refroidissement rapide, matériel de laverie et hottes aspirantes professionnelles)
