Opis

La présente consultation a pour objet un accord-cadre relatif à la fourniture de cartes culture et de cartes cadeaux multi-enseignes pour les agents du musée national Picasso–Paris. Le présent marché fait suite à une précédente procédure sur des prestations similaires, laquelle a été résiliée au cours de l’été 2025 à la suite d’un arbitrage de l’établissement. Cette résiliation s’explique notamment par l’échec du dispositif entièrement dématérialisé de chèques culture et cadeaux, qui s’est révélé inadapté aux usages des agents du musée, ceux-ci rencontrant des difficultés à utiliser les outils proposés. Dans ce contexte, et afin de répondre aux besoins toujours existants de l’établissement, une nouvelle procédure de consultation a été engagée.
