Utförandeentreprenad 15 km. Markarbeten, 8 km dubbelspårstunnel med tillhörande servicetunnel, bana, el, signal, tele samt tunnelinstallation och anläggningsövervakning. Brorar/byggnadsverk kommer köpas som inkluderade totalentreprender. (15 km Build-only (performance) contract for civil works and Track, Electricity, Signalling, Telecommunications, Channelling for cables, tunnel installations and surveillance. Bridges will be Design + build contract)
