The F4E departments participating to this Framework Contract are in charge of providing horizontal services to F4E organisation in the following areas (non-exhaustive): LOT 1: Project Control, Supply Chain and Finances Department related activities: Contracts and Procurement; Data intelligence and business support for related IT tools; Paralegal; General office services; LOT 2: Administration Department related activities: Communication; Human resources; Occupational health and safety; Learning & development and e-learning; Diversity & inclusion; Interior architect; Facility management; General office and events services
