Predmetom zákazky je vykonať služby spočívajúce v zabezpečení výkonov činností dozorovania stavby: „Inovácia a modernizácia ÚV Hriňová“ (ďalej aj len „Stavba“). Úspešný uchádzač bude podľa podmienok dohodnutých v tejto Zmluve, vykonávať dozorovanie nad vykonávaním prác na Stavbe podľa zmluvy o dielo, uzatvorenej medzi obstarávateľom a zhotoviteľom Stavby tak, aby všetky práce na Stavbe boli zrealizované v súlade so všeobecne záväznými právnymi predpismi, STN a technickými špecifikáciami, v stanovenom čase a v rámci ceny dohodnutej v Zmluve o dielo a pri dodržaní podmienok určených zmluvou
