J. Murphy & Sons invites expressions of interest from experienced track matting suppliers / subcontractor for inclusion on a framework of regional lots across England, supporting major infrastructure programmes. The framework will provide opportunities to supply and install temporary access solutions on a call off basis, aligned to project locations and regional delivery teams. Project Portfolio Includes: Network Rail CP7 TransPennine Route Upgrade (TRU) Peel Ports Other rail and infrastructure projects across England Scope of Services: The framework will cover the provision of traffic management services, including: Design, installation, maintenance and removal of temporary traffic management systems Implementation of lane closures, road closures, diversions and contraflow systems Provision of traffic control measures, including signage, cones, barriers and temporary signals Deployment of traffic management operatives, including supervisors and qualified personnel Development of Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and support with permitting requirements Support to civil engineering, construction and maintenance activities across a range of environments Delivery of both planned works and emergency/reactive call-out services How to Apply: Suppliers must express interest through CompeteFor to receive further tender information, including lot structure and next steps. About the buyer's selection process: Regional Approach: The framework will be structured into regional lots across England, enabling suppliers to tender for one or multiple regions based on: Operational coverage and depot locations Workforce capacity and resource availability Ability to provide rapid response within each region Experience in delivering traffic management solutions within local authority and highway network requirements
