Requests with this notice to get feedback from the market on the attached tender documentation. The contracting authority intends to announce the competition over the summer. Pay particular attention to the following: - Some questions are marked continuously in the documents in red print - Are there requirements that are competitive or competitive?- How should we deal with ARM/windows? is this something we should be open to?- How should we pay attention to KI? this is especially true for the model "portable powerful model" - Are there trends we should be aware of for the next 4 years?
