Norway – Personal computers – Student PCs (competition documents for consultation)

Innlandet county shall establish a new framework agreement for the delivery of student PCs to the sixth form college in Innlandet county. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure Innlandet county a comprehensive, future orientated and cost efficient system for the procurement, delivery and management of pupil PCs for sixth form education. The contracting authority shall enter into a parallel framework agreement with three tenderers. The tenderer who is ranked as no. 1 based on the competition for the framework agreement, shall deliver student PCs in 2027. Then there will be the annual mini-competition at the end of each year for the delivery of next year's PCs. The contracting authority would like feedback on the tender documentation.
