Invitation to market dialogueThe city council in Kristiansand has decided that free user choice shall be introduced in home nursing in Kristiansand municipality. Kristiansand municipality would like, based on this dialogue with the market, to get input directly from suppliers. It is important to get input on what is important in the formulation of the service, what is important for potential suppliers and how a competition for this can be carried out. In connection with the market dialogue, we are invited to a joint day where there will be a presentation with a description of the current situation and what the municipality would like input on. It is open to one-to-one dialogues afterwards, as well as a written submission to the municipality ́s questions. The presentation day is 3 March 2026 from 09.00-11.2026. It is only possible to present digitally. Registration is requested to be sent to the email address Thomas.Tverbakk.Bjorgve@kristiansand.kommune.no by 2 March 2026. Any costs that tenderers have in connection with this market survey will not be covered by the municipality.
