Conditions set in the government support scheme for 2026 will apply. The letter of assignment is to be enclosed and named "Assignment Letter for the National Budget 2026 - Broadband Subsidy". See Nkom ́s home page for further information and special attention is drawn to third party access and wholesale contracts. Below is a short description of several elements that will be affected and fixed during the process. The list is not exhaustive and the conditions will be detailed in the dialogue process.
