Het onderhands gunnen van een overheidsopdracht boven de EU-drempelwaarde. Met een beroep op de technische uitzondering van artikel 2.32 lid 1 aanhef en sub b aanhef en onder 2 Aw 2012. Aanschaf van drie Embryoscope+ configuraties voor de fetriliteits laboratoria, Amsterdam UMC locatie VUmc en AMC, inclusief installatie en onderhoud. 1
