Aankondiging vrijwillige transparantie vooraf aanschaf van een ultra-high performance vloeistofchromatografie systeem (UHPLC) in combinatie met hoge resolutie en massa-accuraatheid massa spectrometer (HRAMS) inclusief onderhoud Motivering om direct te gunnen: De opdracht kan alleen door een bepaalde ondernemer worden uitgevoerd wegens het ontbreken van mededinging om technische redenen. Op de uitzonderingsgrond vanuit de Aanbestedingswet, artikel 2.32 b wordt een beroep gedaan. €508.750
