The recommended contractor is the sole economic operator in this case as it is the authorised service agent and can therefore provide the manufacturer-backed technical support and maintenance services required for the charging infrastructure. This request is made pursuant to Regulation 154(b)(ii) of the Public Procurement Regulations (S.L 601.03)
