Luxembourg – Research services – ESPON - Foresight on the Functioning of Europe's Territorial Systems (FORTYS)

This is a prior information notice solely for the purpose of identifying suitable service providers to deliver the following services: "ESPON - Foresight on the Functioning of Europe's Territorial Systems (FORTYS)" aiming to examine how Europe’s regions may evolve under changing structural pressures, Europe’s policy commitments and wider societal change, and what this may mean for territorial and social cohesion across Europe. The study shall respond to policy needs expressed by EU Member States in view of possibly developing a shared territorial development vision for Europe.
