Ireland – Transport systems consultancy services – TII509 Public Transport Support Services

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) intends to award a contract for Public Transport Support Services to Transport for London Consulting (TfL Consulting), acting via Transport Trading Limited (TTL). The contract will provide on-demand public transport support services to augment TII’s in-house capability in the planning, development, procurement, delivery, commissioning and operation of major public transport programmes, primarily MetroLink and (as required) other light rail initiatives. Services will be drawn down by TII through individual Task Orders which may include (without limitation) specialist advice, peer review and practical support in areas such as: programme governance and assurance; public-sector business case development, benefits realisation and delivery planning; procurement and contracting strategy support for major works and systems packages; engineering and third-party interface management (including asset protection, systems integration and safety/assurance considerations); operational property and land assembly strategy; rail operations, maintenance and asset management; and operational readiness and transition-to-operations planning. The contract is non-exclusive and does not prevent TII from procuring other services separately where required. The contract term is expected to be four (4) years with an option to extend for a further two (2) years.
