Ireland – Repair and maintenance services – Maintenance of Dialysis/RO Water Infrastructure, to Include Provision for Supplying and Installing New Plant as Required for St. Vincent's University Hospital.

St. Vincent’s University Hospital proposes to enter a contract for Maintenance of Dialysis/RO Water Infrastructure, to Include Provision for Supplying and Installing New Plant as Required with Whitewater Group. The service includes: supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Herco Wassertechnik GmbH reverse osmosis units, providing spare/ replacement parts for Herco Wassertechnik GmbH reverse osmosis units and carrying out software updates/modifications. The service provider must be certified to install and maintain Herco Wassertechnik GmbH reverse osmosis units. According to SVUH's knowledge of the market, this service provider is the sole representative of Herco Wassertechnik GmbH reverse osmosis unit in Ireland. SVUH is proposing a contract with said service provider for maximum ten (10) years, at the estimate value of EUR 80,000 excl. VAT per annum. A Voluntary Ex-Ante Publication (VEAT) Notice will be published in OJEU, outlining SVUH’s intention to the market i.e. award a contract without prior call for competition as per Article 32.2.b.ii “competition is absent for technical reasons” (Procedure above EU Threshold). SVUH will not execute a contract with the identified provider for above mentioned Notice
