Description

The Land Development Agency (LDA) requires advisory and consulting services across a broad range of strategic, financial, technical, economic, regulatory, and digital domains to support the delivery of its national mandate. The services shall be delivered through a multi-lot Framework Agreement that enables the LDA to access high-quality, specialist, and multidisciplinary expertise, ensuring value for money, operational flexibility, and compliance with Irish and EU public procurement regulations.
