Ireland – Architectural and related services – UL0889 - University of Limerick Main Building Blocks C, D and E - Medium Retrofit with High Temperature Air Source Heat Pump under Higher Education EEDPP 2023

University of Limerick (UL) (the ‘Authority) wishes to appoint a Design Team via a single stage, open competition for the proposed University of Limerick Main Building Blocks C, D and E - Medium Retrofit with High Temperature Air Source Heat Pump under Higher Education Energy Efficiency and Decarbonisation Pathfinder Programme 2023 (the “Project”) at University of Limerick. Further details regarding the project are provided below. This Project Information Memorandum should be read in conjunction with the QC2-Part 1 and 2, Standard Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical), the Instruction to Tenderers and the Tender and Schedule. 1.2 The design consultancy services required to be provided for the Project comprise the following principal services - disciplines: ➢ Lot 1: Architect including Fire Safety Design ➢ Lot 2: Project Manager. ➢ Lot 3: Quantity Surveyor. ➢ Lot 4: Mechanical and Electrical Engineer. ➢ Lot 5: Civil/Structural Engineer ➢ Lot 6: Independent Energy Consultant ➢ Lot 7: Project Supervisor Design Process - PSDP Each Lot will be appointed individually.
