Iceland – Non-residential property renting or leasing services – Financial opportunity at Keflavik Airport

Isavia ohf. conducted a concession award procedure concerning a financial services concession at Keflavík Airport, covering Bureau de Change services, ATM services and VAT refund services. The concession concerned two Bureau de Change units, one VAT refund service unit and ATMs at Keflavík Airport. The concession was awarded on the basis of the criteria set out in the procurement documents following a competitive procedure, with tenders submitted in accordance with the contract notice published on TED under reference number 367169-2023. The procedure concluded with the award of the concession contract on 10 November 2023. The concession contract awarded following that procedure has subsequently been modified, as described in the relevant sections of this Contract Modification Notice.
