ReFoPlan 2026, Titel: „Ressourceneffizienz und natürliche Ressourcen im internationalen Kontext III (Folgeprojekt)“ Gegenstand des Forschungsprojekts ist die wissenschaftliche Auswertung und Aufbereitung internationaler Studien zu Ressourceneffizienz, Ressourcenschonung, Circular Economy und kritischen Rohstoffen. Dies umfasst relevante Veröffentlichungen des UNEP International Resource Panel (IRP, neues Programm 2026-2029), G7-ARE (Toronto Action Plan 2025-2028), OECD, EU-Initiativen (CRMA, RESourceEU Action Plan, Circular Economy Act) sowie Umsetzung der Nationalen Kreislaufwirtschaftsstrategie (NKWS). Das BMUKN ist IRP-Steuerungsausschuss-Mitglied und aktiver Teilnehmer internationaler Prozesse. Schwerpunkt: Rasche Analyse von Sitzungsdokumenten (Terms of References (ToRs), Summmaries for Policy Makers (SPMs), Berichte) mit wissenschaftlicher/politischer Bewertung, Handlungsempfehlungen, Briefings/Sprechpunkten (Engl./Dt.) und Relevanz für Deutschland. Zusätzlich: Analysen zu CRM-Zirkularität/Umweltauswirkungen sowie Moderation von NKWS-Stakeholder-Dialogen. Übergreifend: Monitoring, Sitzungsvor-/nachbereitung und Abschlussbericht (2029) zur Politik stärken. ReFoPlan 2026, Title: „Resource Efficiency and Natural Resources in the International Context III (Follow-up Project)“ The subject of the research project is the scientific evaluation and preparation of international studies on resource efficiency, resource conservation, circular economy, and critical raw materials. This includes relevant publications from the UNEP International Resource Panel (IRP, new programme 2026-2029), G7-ARE (Toronto Action Plan 2025-2028), OECD, EU initiatives (CRMA, RESourceEU Action Plan, Circular Economy Act), and implementation of the National Kreislaufwirtschaftsstrategie (NKWS). The BMUKN is a member of the IRP Steering Committee and an active participant in international processes. Focus: Rapid analysis of meeting documents (ToRs, SPMs, reports) with scientific/political evaluation, policy recommendations, briefings/talking points (Engl./Ger.), and relevance for Germany. Additionally: Analyses on CRM circularity/environmental impacts and moderation of NKWS stakeholder dialogues. Overarching: Monitoring, meeting preparation/follow-up, and final report (2029) to strengthen policy.
