The subject of this Call for Tenders is to acquire Thematic Communication Services. For the purpose of this Call for Tenders, “Thematic Communication Services” means a stakeholder-centric, data-driven method of communicating with stakeholders; and “Stakeholder” is defined as an entity who has an interest in an organisation and whose support is required in order for the organisation to be successful.
