An der Universität Siegen sollen, innerhalb des Reinraums (Gesamtfläche Grau/Weiß: 600m²) des Forschungsgebäudes INCYTE, Gasversorgungs- und Vakuumabgas- Installationsarbeiten zur Festinstallation von vorhandenen Großgeräten (3 x PVD, CVD, PECVD, ALD, RIE,...) erfolgen.
