Bei dem Neubau handelt es sich um ein zwei Gebäude. Sie besitzten mehrere Flachdächer. Auf dem Dächern ist eine Photovoltaikanlage geplant. Die Dachfläche ist begrünt. Die Dächer sind zugänglich über einen Dachausstieg. Die Dachhöhen betragen: Dach 1 ca. 12 m Dach 2 ca. 8 m Dach 3 ca. 12 m Geplante Module pro Dach: Dach 1: 474 St. Solarmodule 385 Wp Dach 2: 542 St. Solarmodule 385 Wp
