Le présent accord cadre vise à encadrer précisément les prestations topographiques et foncières pour le compte du Grand Port Maritime de Nantes Saint-Nazaire (GPMNSN). L'objectif global est double : répondre aux attentes des services nécessitant des prestations topographiques de toutes natures - génie civil, bâtiment, foncier - et mettre à profit ces dernières pour assurer la mise à jour systématique du référentiel topographique.
