Upphandlande myndigheter äger och disponerar ventilationsanläggningar som regelbundet skall besiktigas och ev efterbesiktigas enligt Boverkets regelsamling för OVK 2012. Fastigheterna som ska kontrolleras tillhör i huvudsak grupperna skolor, förskolor, sport- och förvaltningsbyggnader.
