La présente consultation a pour objet des prestations d'hébergement et d'infogérance pour la SPL ECO.URBAIN et la ECO.URBAIN SEM. Conformément aux articles L2113-6 et suivants du code de la commande publique, la Socié-té Publique Locale ECO.URBAIN SPL et la Société d'Economie Mixte ECO.URBAIN SEM ont constitué, un groupement de commandes pour la passation d'accords-cadres d'infogérance.La SEM ECO.URBAIN assure la coordination de ce groupement
