The Contracting Authority for this competition is Møre og Romsdal County, c/o the IT section. ROR-IKT is a participant in this competition. Identical contracts shall be signed for both Møre og Romsdal county and ROR-IKT. ROR-IKT is a host municipality cooperation in Aukra, Hustadvika, Molde, Rauma and Vest www.mrfylke.no nes municipalities.
