Avinor AS invites possible tenderers to a market dialogue prior to a tender competition for the rental of premises for car rental activities at Avinor ́s airports. The contracting authority ́s aim with this activity is to quality assure the main elements in the tender documentation and gain further understanding of the market and get input before the tender competition is announced.
