The Norwegian Public Roads Administration invites tenderers to participate in a competition for the provision of a learning platform for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Learning Management System (LMS)). The aim of the procurement is to establish a future orientated learning platform that covers the needs of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and external relationships.
