Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Migration of the accounting system UNIT4 to the tenderer's cloud system for Helse Nord.

The contracting authority intends to enter into a time-limited bridge agreement with Vivicta AS for the continuation of performance critical administrative core functions based on the existing Unit4 platform. The agreement shall ensure the necessary continuity of the operation, management, maintenance, support and necessary technical continuation of the existing production system in a transitional period, whilst the Contracting Authority carries out strategic assessments, market dialogue and any procurements connected to the future administrative digital platform and associated activity critical systems. The existing system and the accompanying system landscape support central administrative core processes, including financial management, accounting, invoice flow, supplier payment, procurement/ordering flow, reporting, data basis, access and role management, integrations with associated administrative systems and the necessary documentation of economic transactions. The bridge agreement only includes services that are necessary to ensure proper continuation of the existing production system and the accompanying business critical administrative functions in the transition period. The contract does not include the procurement of a new system. The contract shall also not be used for significant expansion beyond what is necessary for safe, stable and reliable operation.
