The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites contractors to submit tenders for a framework agreement for construction contractor services for the 2 sub areas: R01901: Region East - Elverum, Løten and Hamar Estimated value: NOK 70 -100 million excluding VAT R01947 – Region East – Dovre, Ringsaker and Lillehammer Estimated value: 70 - 100 million excluding VAT R01697 – Region East – Åmot – contract signed: 22.4.2025 Parallel framework agreements with 3 tenderers with the following call-off mechanisms: Direct call-offs to tenderers after ranking (surging) up to 1.5 million excluding VAT. Sales tax. Mini competition with a value above NOK 1.5 million excluding VAT.
