Opis

La procédure choisie est une procédure adaptée, soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1, R. 2123-4 et R. 2123-5 du code de la commande publique. Il s'agit d'un marché conclu à prix mixtes, comprenant une partie forfaitaire et une partie à prix unitaires pour la partie DET travaux traitée en régie. La part à prix unitaires est plafonnée à 50 000 EurosHT.
