Opis

Accord-cadre à prix mixte. L’accord cadre est conclu pour une période d’un (1) an à compter du 1er octobre 2026 ou au 1er du mois suivant qui suit la notification si elle intervient postérieurement. L’accord-cadre peut être reconduit tacitement trois (3) fois pour une période d’un (1) an. Le titulaire de l’accord-cadre ne peut refuser sa reconduction. La période de reconduction commence à la date anniversaire de la notification du marché.
