Les services du SITTOMAT sont dotés d'un parc informatique. Le SITTOMAT souhaite s'allier les compétences d'un prestataire spécialisé qui en assurera la maintenance afin d'optimiser l'administration. La maintenance informatique doit comporter divers niveaux d'intervention : - Le niveau préventif (afin d'éviter les blocages) - Le niveau correctif ou curatif (correspondant aux dépannages) - Le niveau évolutif (afin d'assurer la pérennité du système)
