Par le présent Appel d’Offres, l’Université du Luxembourg vise à conclure un Accord-cadre, fixé à deux (2) ans, renouvelable deux (2) fois un (1) an (2 + 1 + 1) sur avis, afin de retenir un titulaire sans remise en compétition, reconnu pour son expertise dans le domaine de la mise à disposition de personnel pour la maintenance multi technique, HVAC, la logistique et le câblage informatique.
