Ireland – Underground car park construction work – Flooring and Line Marking for Car Park and FM Logistics Dock at the National Children's Hospital, Ireland (NCHI)

Children's Health Ireland (CHI) invites proposals from contractors for floor painting and line marking works within the car park and the FM Logistics Dock at the National Children's Hospital, Ireland (NCHI). The tenderer will be expected to: • Apply an attractive, durable car park flooring and line marking suitable for all areas of the carpark that is visually appealing and aligns with the unified image of CHI in compliance with current legislation, official guidance and good practice. • Create an attractive, non-slip and effective floor surface consistent with hospital ambience, design and operational standards. • Be suitable to meet the needs of its customers: members of the public, patients, staff and visitors. • Apply a durable flooring, line markings and chocs that are suitable for heavy vehicles traversing and parking in the area in compliance with current legislation, official guidance and good practice. • Optimises use of space, maximises car, bicycle spaces and portrays a positive image of the CHI. • Ensure high quality managerial experience to complete the project on time and in budget. • Adopts a safe, secure environment and safe working practices. • Support Green Public Procurement.
