Ireland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – A single Service Provider for the Software licencing, install, supply, maintenance and support of AV and Digital Signage Services (Software and Hardware)

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a single Service Provider for the software licencing, install, supply, maintenance and support of AV and Digital Signage Services. It is proposed that the Contract will include: • Hardware and Software Support for all AV units in ESB’s Head Office (27 Fitzwilliam Street Lower, Dublin, D02 KT92) • Hardware and Software Support for all AV units in our locations in ROI and UK • Provision of licences for the proposed solution. • Provision of Lifecycle asset management. o Delivery of on premise and remote hands support services o Dedicated personnel to support the maintenance and upgrade of the service in the larger offices in the metropolitan area e.g Head Office / Santry / Airport buildings and Leopardstown. o Upgrade and maintenance of the software o Remote hands and eyes maintenance and upgrade of the service in the smaller and remote offices including an SLA for repair/replacements of devices. • Provision of warehouse and spare management programs. • Incident and Problem Resolution for same • Support and maintenance of Digital Signage for the Head Office Complex and other ESB locations • Support for Internal/External events in Head Office o On site equipment checks and ‘dry runs’ beforehand o Provision of additional /mobile equipment where required o Support during the event etc • Support for Board meetings in Internal/External Locations o To provide appropriate AV services and equipment for both the ESB Board and EDT meetings, held in ESB offices and at external venues.
