Technical Engineering Consultancy Services An overview of the scope of services the Consultant shall deliver is summarised in the document For the Provision of Technical Engineering Consultancy Services for the Ennis Scheme Study Area Hydraulic Model Project Brief. The Consultant shall undertake such studies, analyses, assessments, investigations and other work as necessary to meet the Project Objectives detailed in Section 1.3
